The Scale With Pros Freedom Mastermind**

1. Event Overview

The Scale With Pros Freedom Mastermind (“Event”) is a private, in-person business mastermind hosted by Scale With Pros (“Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event Location & Dates

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Dates: February 27–28, 2025

Organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule or venue, with notice provided to attendees.

3. Pricing & Ticket Structure

  • Standard Ticket: $5,000 (includes admission for one attendee).
  • Additional Attendees: $1,000 per additional attendee from the same company.

All prices are listed in USD.

4. Payment Terms

A $2,500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
The remaining balance is due by February 1, 2025.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, the Organizer may cancel your reservation and retain the deposit.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, your paid amount may be applied as a credit toward a future Scale With Pros event. Credits are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved in writing by the Organizer.

There are no cash refunds, including for schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, or any reason outside the Organizer’s control.

6. Event Changes, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

Organizer may reschedule or modify the Event due to circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, speaker availability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued.

7. Attendee Conduct

Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior:

  • Disrupts the event,
  • Harms other attendees,
  • Violates venue rules,
  • Interferes with the learning environment.

Removed attendees will not receive refunds or credits.

8. Liability Release

By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You participate voluntarily and assume any risks associated with travel and event participation.
  • Organizer is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Organizer is not liable for travel or accommodation expenses under any circumstances.

9. Media & Photography Release

By attending, you grant Organizer permission to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in photography, video, and audio recordings for marketing, training, and promotional purposes, without compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the Organizer in writing before the Event.

10. Intellectual Property

All Event content—including presentations, materials, frameworks, and discussions—is the intellectual property of Scale With Pros.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written consent.

11. Privacy & Communication

By completing your registration, you consent to receive event-related communications, reminders, and follow-up information from the Organizer.
